The well-known German TV presenter and bestselling author Franz Alt will open the Entrepreneur’s Day in Fresach on 18 May with a presentation on the “Future of the Earth – Good News or Lost Paradise”. Can our blue planet still be salvaged in the face of advancing climate change and ever-increasing resource misuse, and if so, by what means? What contribution can we give from Europe, and what do we have to disclaim? The theologian is regarded as a traveling ambassador for energy and environmental issues, but also as a tireless admonisher for rethinking. Franz Alt has written numerous books on the opportunities of the energy transition (“The sun sends us no bill”), the restraint of the boundless capitalism (“Lust for the Future”) and the message of the Holy Bible (“What Jesus really said” ) and thus given hope to many readers.
