Weinberger, who has been involved in climate and soil protection in Austria for more than 15 years, will be speaking in Fresach for the first time on 7 June 2019 as part of the European tolerance talks. “Urbanization is a huge opportunity for agriculture,” says the expert. “Increased demand and consumer habits can open up new markets, and this will create growth in agriculture, but we will need the resources and the most important resource is to feed the growing population.” Read the whole interview on pressetext.
